Return Eligibility
At Teehair Luxury, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within seven (7) days from the date your order is delivered, subject to the conditions outlined below.

- Not show signs of wear, damage, odor, or misuse.
- Have the original security seal, band, or packaging unopened and unbroken (where applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Hair products that have been installed, worn, or used.
- Hair extensions or wigs with broken seals or opened packaging.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products that have been cut, styled, colored, bleached, or chemically processed.
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items unless defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be required to provide photographs or videos showing the issue before a replacement or refund is approved.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team within 7days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for return authorization instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
